Shipping policy
We are committed to deliver the ordered products to the right customers at the right time, so you can set aside all your apprehensions and avail our services without any hesitancy. We always try to ensure the products ordered by you reach to you without any defect, damage or quality-issues.
Processing time:
- Orders are processed once payment authorization and verification have been obtained.
- Please allow processing of 2-5 business days from purchase for orders to be shipped.
- ‘PRE-ORDER’ items have longer processing times, usually about 4-6 weeks but may vary slightly depending on items.
- Please note that order processing times may be longer during sale events and holidays.
- Customer will be provided with the Tracking details to track their order online, after it is shipped.
- If you are purchasing multiple items in a single order and wish to ship them to different addresses, you are recommended to place them as different orders. We will not entertain multiple items in a single order to ship them to different addresses.
- Where a single order results in multiple shipments to the same address, the shipping and handling charge will be only applied to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. For each shipping, we will send you tracking details to track the order online.
Shipping Carriers:
- All international and domestic (Canada) shipments are via Canada Post.
Shipping Fees:
- Rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we do not provide return shipping labels.
Customs Charges:
- Please note that some countries may impose duties and taxes on shipments crossing international borders. The fees vary between countries and we have no control of them. Customers will be responsible for those charges.
If Order not delivered:
- We aim at delivering orders within the estimated time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs clearance of the destination country.
- If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days or contact the shipping company.
- If after contacting the shipping company, you still need assistance with your order, feel free to contact us at eleganceshowcase@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and we will gladly assist you.
Defective/Missing/Wrong/Damaged item:
- If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at eleganceshowcase@gmail.com.
Refused deliveries & Undeliverable addresses:
- Refused delivery by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address will be charged a handling fee which will be deducted from any refund if requested.
